Jim’s responsibilities include working with utilities and municipalities in designing programs that meet the needs of our partners and the residents they serve. Previously, Jim has spent over 20 years designing “Affinity Marketing” customer service programs for large national and international accounts across several industries including banking, credit card, loyalty groups, real estate, mortgage, home services, insurance, member-based organizations and the airline industry. Jim received a B.S. in Business Administration and Strategy from the University of Redlands.
